This is a long-term loan designed for large businesses and limited companies for business expansion.
- Active Corporate for at least six months
- Minimum members deposit - Kshs. 5,000,000.00
- Minimum Loan Amount: Kshs. 1,000,000.00
- Maximum Loan Amount: Kshs. 50,000,000.00
- Security – Fully Perfected security
- Maximum repayment period - 60 months
- Interest rate - 12% p.a Reducing balance
Loan eligibility – General Requirements
- Saved and contributed deposits diligently and consistently for at least six months
- Must be a fully paid up member i.e. have minimum share capital as per the Sacco by-laws
- Loans will be based on the ability to pay as per the financial statement
